When?Wen?

When I first came to America, I used to tense up every time I heard the word “when.”
Were they calling my name — or asking a question?

Over time, I started to see the beauty in it. “When” isn’t just a word, it holds anticipation, curiosity, and the feeling of a moment about to happen. It represents possibility. That shift in perspective changed how I see the world around me. Everyday moments became open-ended. Full of potential. Full of stories waiting to unfold.

As a designer, I try to live up to my name, Wen. I’m curious, intentional, and always exploring what something could become. Whether through branding, motion, or illustration, I look for ways to turn ideas into experiences that create emotional connection.

I’m a Type-A friend, a multidisciplinary designer, and currently rendering… always in progress.
